This report was written by reporter Cleide Carvalho, from the renowned newspaper O Globo. In it, the author cites actions developed by Brazilian municipalities aimed at sustainable development where Sobral is used as a reference. As communications advisor for the Secretariat of Urbanism, Housing and Environment, responsible for implementing such actions in the city, I mediated the process and the connection between the public body and the press, in addition to providing materials requested by the reporter to prepare the report on the side.
